**Job Descriptions**:
1. Invoicing / Billing(Accounting system: QuickBooks)
- New: Issue invoices to specific clients when needed. (FFP, MFP, FWP, & etc.)
- Reminder: Send monthly reminders to clients on every uncollected invoice (if needed).
- Payment Receipt: Record every payment received on a daily basis.
- Void/cancel: Update all void / cancel invoices immediately based on request.
- Keep all Invoice-related documents for both soft and hard copies accordingly.2.

2. Bank Reconciliation
- Record daily / weekly cash flow (receipt and payment) into the accounting system.
- Daily/weekly reconciliation for bank statements with the company bookkeeping.
- Maintain soft and hard copy files accordingly to their specific account folder.

3. Director Claim
- Compile & prepare all director’s claims on a monthly basis and process payment.

4. Petty Cash
- Manage & control petty cash flow.
- Record all transactions accordingly in the accounting system.

5 Payment Process
- Process commission received by the company and pay every

10th month and salary payment every 25th month.
- Update commission reporting every month.
- Control & manage commission statement with the amount received by the company from the service provider.6 Management Account**.**:

- Update the management account on a monthly basis for

Account management update purposes.

7 Service Provider
- Assist in document preparation to register with providers.
- Process registration of financial advisors with service providers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
