Reports to Head of Department and to performs tasks related to Finance & Operations.

Key Areas
Tasks

Invoicing / Billing(Accounting system:
QuickBooks)

  • New: Issue invoices to specific clients when needed. (FFP, MFP, FWP, & etc.)
  • Reminder: Send monthly reminders to clients on every uncollected invoice (if needed).
  • Payment Receipt: Record every payment received on a daily basis.
  • Void/cancel: Update all void / cancel invoices immediately based on request.
  • Keep all Invoice related documents for both soft and hard copies accordingly.2.
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Record daily / weekly cash flow (receipt and payment) into the accounting system.
  • Daily / weekly reconciliation for bank statements with the company bookkeeping.
  • Maintain soft and hard copy files accordingly to their specific account folder.
  • Director Claim
  • Compile & prepare all director's claims on a monthly basis and process payment.
  • Petty Cash
  • Manage & control petty cash flow.
  • Record all transactions accordingly in the accounting system.
5 Payment Process

  • Process commission received by the company and pay every
10th month and salary payment every 25th month.

  • Update commission reporting every month.
  • Control & manage commission statement with the amount received by the company from the service provider

6 Management Account

  • Update the management account on a monthly basis for
Account management update purposes.

7 Service Provider

  • Assist in document preparation to register with providers.
  • Process registration of financial advisors with service providers.

  • Minimum Diploma in Finance / Banking / Account / Business Admin

Years of Experience:3-4 years experience as finance clerk

Salary:
From RM2,000.00 per month
