Responsibilities:
- Be part of the Client Services Team to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and to resolve any enquiries that clients may have.
- Proactively touch base with our clients to ensure they complete the client onboarding process.
- Reach out to clients to ensure customer experienc.e is positive, promote new features and service and ongoing promotion.
- Attend to clients’ enquiries on our product offerings, account opening / management matters and general enquiries.
- Reach out to our internal base of clients for their account matters.
- Perform simple trade executions and liquidations for margin calls
**Requirements**:
- 1 to 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the equities or investment industry.
- Familiar with financial products like equities, funds and services.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Expected to work closely with overseas office in China and Hong Kong hence proficiency in Mandarin will be an added plus.
- Fresh graduates with keen interest in financial markets, and driven character will also be considered.
**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
