Event Executive

**Main Responsibilities / Critical tasks**
- In conjunction with the CEO to identify and define an annual events calendar that does leave room for events that will come up throughout the year.
- To craft the necessary check lists of pre and post event activities that will provide a roadmap for others to follow.
- Use the supplier briefs as created by the CEO that will clearly outline expectations/deliverables when working with Amee Philips.
- Work within the set budget for the event.
- Coordinate and monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- If applicable, send out invitations for events.
- Be the logístical key point of contact.
- To manage the event on the day of and ensure the smooth execution of the event.
- Coordinate all post event activities including sales follow-up and event evaluation process.
**Events**
- To develop and execute effective and high quality events that will help to maintain the organisation’s overall brand, and name, with its’ targeted client base as well as existing client base.
- Look for new events and opportunities and make recommendations to the management.
- Lead event production and logistics including: communications, catering, A/V production, stage design, décor, signage plans, creating event briefs, etc.
- . Create and maintain an event tracking system to include contact and cost information.
- Conduct post-event wrap up and final reports.
- Communicate before, during and post event with pertinent internal staff and external vendors and contractors to ensure a high level of service.
- Manage all event budgets ensuring for no cost over-runs.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good command of English is required.
- Have worked in similar environment and industry would be added advantage.
- Able to travel when required and to manage out of town events with sales team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
