Semiconductor Sales Manager

Establishing the new platform for important accounts in order to increase sales.
- Collaborating with the technical support staff to provide answers to technical queries or create solutions for clients.
- Observing and analysis of the potential customers, markets and competitors companies.
- Develop a close rapport with semiconductor customers by learning about their demands and offering specialized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in semiconductor equipment through market research.
- Oversee client talks to complete contracts, making sure they are in line with business goals.
- In order to market products and increase brand recognition, represent the company at trade exhibitions and events.
- Continuously optimize the sales process for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Execute our sales, business development and marketing roadmap
- Regularly contact and visit customers to promote our products and generate sales leads
- Identify and engage with decision-makers at key customers to promote and sell our products
- Frequently update the market on sales activity, sales projections, competitive environment, and overall attitude

- Engage in all-level customer negotiations to get business, then make sure that the customer's order is fulfilled successfully. Throughout the sales, service, and after-care processes, keep things consistent
- Establish, update and maintain a database of customers and contacts in our ERP system
- Regularly update the public on sales activity, sales projections, and the competition
**Requirements**:
- Able to travel
- Ability to communicate both orally and in writing in Mandarin and English
- Ability to use Microsoft Office
- Self-motivation
- Mandarin speaker
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
