Branch Customer Consultant

1. Administrative work for branch (e.g. update iKEY System, prepare finance kit, duty roaster, update teacher time table (consultation with ABP), etc)
2. Introduce services to new parents, update Facebook, telemarketing, cold calling, carry out the activities as planned by marketing department
3. Monitor school fee collection
4. Monitor safety and cleanliness of center (i.e. Ensure all equipment and furniture are in proper working condition, center is clean, etc)
5. Need to communicate with parents on student's issue.
6. Open and closing of center.
**Job Requirements**
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (advantage), Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, Social Media
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

- Taman Mayang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
