- To carry out market research to gain a clear understanding of customer’s requirements.
- To study on competitor’s best communication practices to develop and employ efficient marketing communication techniques.
- To work closely with various business lines to support development of marketing communications strategy for the company.
- Manage the overall Marketing Comms function in ASM including: Brand management, External and selected internal communications, digital content such as website and social media channels, product Promotion and Public Relations.
- Organize and oversee advertising / communication campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events in collaboration with sales team
- Manage communications media (e.g. newsletters, magazines, sales material, internet web sites, intranet etc.)
- Develop creative marketing campaigns with impact to an external audience (customers, consultants and architects).
- Support Branch level communications aimed at persuading customers.
- Coordinate public relation activities.
- Manage media inquiries and interview requests.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
- Manage media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Provide CX and mar comm updates to employees through various internal comms channel e.g. town hall meetings and all branches monthly.
- Design and develop printed and electronic sales tools (Product leaflet, Product Sales Presentation) for customer communications.
- Close coordination with Group Office/Product Line support to develop sales value proposition / sales argumentation (from features to benefits) for all product lines
