Tugasan:
- Menyediakan sokongan pentadbiran dan kerani kepada pengurusan dan kakitangan lain.
- Menyelenggara rekod dan fail-fail dokumen syarikat.
- Mengendalikan panggilan telefon dan arahan pelawat.
- Menjalankan tugas berkaitan penyediaan laporan, surat-menyurat, dan urusan keperluan pejabat.
- Menyediakan bantuan dalam tugas-tugas perakaunan ringkas seperti pemprosesan pembayaran, pengiraan perbelanjaan, dan pemantauan inventori kecil.
- Menyokong pengurusan dengan tugas-tugas projek, penyelidikan, dan penyediaan penyata kewangan.
Kelayakan:
- Diploma dalam bidang yang berkaitan dengan pentadbiran atau pengurusan pejabat.
- Kecekapan dalam menggunakan aplikasi seperti Microsoft Office.
- Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris, lisan dan bertulis.
- Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara berdikari serta berkolaborasi dalam pasukan.
- Kebolehan menguruskan masa dengan baik dan menyelesaikan tugasan dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan.
- Kemahiran organisasi yang baik dan perhatian terhadap butiran.
