- Market Survey on challenges, opportunities, market requirements, customer profile and market players information.
- Business modelling strategies by identifying new product and services to suit the market and foreseeable ones.
- Carry out business feasibility study and develop business models.
- Business plan forecast on budget, sales target, growth and resources requirements.
- Develop growth strategy and work with senior management and inter department of the company to come up with strategy to achieve revenue targets and customer’s satisfaction.
- Liaising with marketing and sales department to help develop strategies.
- Develop customer’s criteria and contract/agreement.
- Participate in sales presentation.
- Build client with existing or potential customer
- Monitoring and reporting orders, revenue, rebilling, and collection status.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in Sales & Manager in Business Development Manager.
- A deep understanding of Business Development trends in order.
- Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing and fluid environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

HRSB HOLDINGS SDN. BHD. (564407-P) (hereinafter referred to as HRSB) is a Integrated Management System (IMS) certified and 100% Bumiputera Company, both in equity as well as management control. HRSB was incorporated on 15th November 2001. With technical support from both in-house and HRSB reliable partners, HRSB has acquired expertise in Project Management, Plant Maintenance, Turnaround Works, EPCC, Scaffolding Services & Training. HRSB management staff and key project direct/indirect supervisory personnel have over 5,000,000 man-hours of experience in oil & gas and petrochemical industry. In addition, based on current set-up & scope, for certain bigger projects, HRSB has been proven to be able to deploy manpower of up to 300 staff of multi-discipline crews for its plant maintenance, turnaround and EPCC projects. Over the years, we have grown from being a provider of mechanical and scaffolding services into a well diversified entity where in 2013, hence HRSB was awarded a 10 year long term Turnaround contract by Petronas Chemical Group Berhad (PCGB).

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
