- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with operation team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Assist in visual merchandising efforts, including product displays and store layouts.
- Collaborate with purchasing department on pricing, negotiation, and order management.
- Maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory records in the system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and consumer behavior.
- Managed inventory and ensured product availability.

**Skills/ Knowledge**
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and merchandising software is a must.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances.

**Job Requirements**
- At least **2 years** of working experience in procurement capacity
- Able to prioritize, multi-task and handle tasks independently
- Goal oriented, organised team player
- Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and ERP system
