Assistant - Admin (4 Months Contract)

Involved in hotel and flight booking for staffs.
- Liaise and coordinate with state Admin personnel on insurance related documentation.
- Attend to public enquiries regarding Public Liability Claim (PLC).
- Notify State Admin for submission of outstanding/pending documentation.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant studies.
- Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Meticulous and attention to detail.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and deal with deadlines.
**Job Type**: Contract
