**Contract Basis: 3 Months Full Time (40 Hours Per Week)**
**Salary 2.5k - 2.8k Per Month**
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
- Track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
- Create and review sales invoices, ensure accuracy and match for payments
- Bank matching from bank statements to general ledger
- Daily entry of financial transactions in accounting system accurately and timely
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable function
- Provide accounting and clerical support
- Liaise with other departments to resolve issue
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts and entering data into Quickbooks software or databases then filing hard copies
- Recording any inconsistencies to help the Accountants reconcile inaccuracies
- Managing and reviewing employee expense claims to process reimbursements
- Support office admin operations for all accounting and finance related tasks
- Prepare and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks
- Develop and streamline operational efficiencies
- Contact delinquent accounts
- Stay current with all regulations, requirements, and laws
**Requirements**:
- 1 year of proven work experience/internshipp in accounting/ finance function or audit, startup experience is a plus.
- Good attention to detail
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and basic accounting knowledge
- Competency in MS Office and Quickbooks accounting software is a plus
- SST knowledge a plus
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Good organisational and time-management abilities
**Job Type**: Contract

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
