Customer Service Coordinator

**_RESPONSIBILITIES:_**
- Assist to handle Export & Import Documentation.
- Handling documentation with proper procedures of import and export.
- Attend customer & overseas agent inquiries timely & accordingly.
- Billing and invoice delivery to customer to avoid un-necessary delay in payment.
- Handling daily operational matters and any ad-hoc function & related duties as and when required.
**_REQUIREMENTS:_**
- Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent in related field.
- Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, (Mandarin - Added Advantage)
- Able to work independently within tight deadline.
- Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people.
- Hard working and a team player.
