Orientate and brief new employees on safety policy.
- Prepare HSE Statistics every month.
- Conduct Safety meeting and prepare minutes of meeting every quarterly per year.
- Inspect and Audit Workshop Department and Office Department every month to ensure the workplace meet the various Safety requirements.
- Prepare summary report of accident; investigate incidents, injuries and hazards. And also liaise whit the JKKP in regards to Safety matters.
- Make sure all equipment in first aid box in order at all times.
- Make sure all fire extinguishers being service and have a valid Bomba certificate.
- To carry out preparation and submission compensation for Socso and insurance claim.
- Maintain and update employees training records for ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- To carry out and record risk assessment performance for HR Department.
- Manage HRDF Grants and claims for training and purchase of equipment for training.
- Assist all ad-hoc assignment as and when requires by Superior and Management from time to time.
