**Requirements**

**JOB ROLE**

The Sales Admin/Assistant would be working with the Sales/Business Development team to ensure information relevant to the department is available, compiled and shared efficiently & effectively through administrative and documentation duties.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Perform administrative work for Sales/Business Development Department.

Maintaining company database of projects and datelines.

**Responsibility**

**JOB DUTIES**

Follow up all administration work in Sales/Business Development.

Sales Booking
- Send Travel Agent Agreement / New Promotion to Travel Agent
- Do Pro-forma invoice, liaison with finance on client payment.
- Create Event Order and send reminder to all involved departments.
- Sending Tax invoice
- Attend to customer special request / arrangement and provide solution.
- Liaison with Tour Guide for confirm sales

Responsible for various Report
- Update Client Database
- Sale Reports (The TOP, The TOP + Genting, Online Sandfill Report)
- To check 15 type of online travel agent sale reports covering The Top, Genting, Jungle Gym.

Communicating with various other departments to obtain required documentation.

Administration - keep record on master share folder & proper filling

To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by the management (marketing material, event management etc)

**REQUIREMENT**

Minimum SPM

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
