**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Issue Invoice, Quotation, Debit Note, Official Receipt, Agreement and Open stock or etc.
- Preparing, organising, storing and filling information in paper and digital form
− Keep track of customer payment
− Efficiently report to superior on task given
− Maintain and Update sales and customer records
− Prepare monthly sales report
− Communicate important feedback from customers internally
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
− At least 3 years experience in Administrative.
- Well organized and able to multi-task
− Ability to communicate in English and Malay, Mandarin is advantage
− Possess strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills
− Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SQL is advantage)
− Good in communication skills, personality, and problem-solving skills
− Able to work independently with minimum supervision
