Administrative Assistant

**HR & Finance Administration**
- Assist in staff onboarding and offboarding process and logistics includes PPE inventory
- Assist in liaising with local government bodies on HR and payroll-related matters
- Assist in administration of local HR benefits
- Ensure that employee data is updated on HRIS in a timely, accurate and consistent manner
- Collaborate with wider HR team (Talent Acquisition, Engagement and L&D) in execution of HR processes and delivery of employee experiences
- Assist in driving and organizing employee relations activities/programs to foster constructive employee relations and enhance staff engagement
- Assist Finance with PR, Quotation & Petty Cash.
- Other ad-hoc projects related to HR & Finance administrations
**Office Administration**
- Responsible for the day-to-day office administration function & duties, including mail management, office supplies, office access and security, liaising with building management etc.
- Own and manage office resources shared by the whole organisation (e.g. courier service, logistic service, cleaning service, etc.)
- Maintain office facilities and ensure their good conditions and compliance to local regulatory requirements
- Other ad-hoc projects related to office administrations
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Education**:
- STM/STPM (required)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
