East Malaysia Sales Manager

East Malaysia Sales Manager, responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, managing the East Malaysia sales team, and analyzing market data to boost the company's market share.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the East Malaysia market, with a strong focus on Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.
- Manage and guide the East Malaysia sales team, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Analyze market trends and data specific to East Malaysia, particularly Sabah, to establish effective sales plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in Sabah.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve significant improvements within 3 months.
- Provide market feedback to assist in product development and optimization.
Job Requirements:
- **Experience**: At least 5 years of tobacco industry sales experience, with a strong understanding of the Sabah, Kota Kinabalu market.
- **Leadership**: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team towards achieving set objectives.
- **Strategy**: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. A track record of creating successful sales strategies and delivering on sales targets.
- **Communication**: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable in presenting and negotiating at all levels.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrable ability to analyze complex sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Adaptability**: High adaptability and learning capacity, able to adapt to a constantly changing market environment.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. Proven experience in managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities.
- **Organization**: Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
