KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner and engage with stakeholders to identify current and future learning needs that align with business requirements.
- Conduct initial project scoping to understand training requests (eg. learning objectives, target audience, resources needed, budget, timeline, ROI etc.)
- Provide recommendations on the training approach, design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate consistent and proactive communication throughout the training process.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of training activities and generate comprehensive training reports.
- Manage training requests and resources within ASEAN region, including planning and coordination of annual training projects.
- Perform additional duties assigned by your manager as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have at least (3) years of relevant experience in the fields of Training/Learning & Development (or relevant training-related experience).
- Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
- Has ability to manage stringent timelines for project deliverables.
- Proficient in MS Office particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, customer obsession, and the ability to earn trust while consistently delivering results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Highly adaptable with a rapid learning aptitude for new processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
- Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Can effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Certifications in any of the following areas is a plus - Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
