**Responsibilities**:
- Handle Full Set Accounts
- Manage daily transactions, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger & bank reconciliation
- Preparing budgeting reports, forecasts and cash flow projections
- Managing month-end and year-end closing
- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and proper documentation of expenses.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, Company Secretaries, Bankers and Government Authorities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as and when required
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Min 5 years of experience in related field
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
