**Retail Operations Executive Job Description**

Type of position: Permanent position
Location: Jalan Bangsar, KL

Craft: Sales Administration & Customer Services
Experience: Minimum 2 years

**General Role**
**Space** - Equipment, back of house optimization

**Standards** - Procedures, implementation and follow up of commercial policies.

**Stocks** - Stock guidelines, implementation of stock management, inventory tracking & control

**Staff** - Tools to support our teams in their daily tasks).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Together with the Retail Manager, develop and monitor closely the action plan and incentive program to achieve the preset target.
- Update and prepare daily and monthly quantitative and qualitative sales report for all direct stores in the network.
- Control and maintain the approved annual store budget for the whole retail operations.
- Monitor the operation status of the stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve the retail operation regularly to the Retail Manager.
- Ensure that all operation activities are compliant with the Group Policies & Procedures and with the local legal frame.
- Ensure all operational policies and procedures are thoroughly communicated to all retail sale team in a timely manner through mails, memo and notices.
- Work with the local training support, establish systemic and updated training and visual merchandising materials in each stores.
- Monitor and control packaging and inventory and make suggestions on reorder or movement of stocks according to sales trend and the updated merchandising guideline.
- Support the Store Managers/Promoters to maintain a high level of customer service in the stores and liaise with company contact to handle all after sales services & customer's feedback.
- Liaise with in-house team and outside vendors with regard to any maintenance needs of the stores and ensure stores are maintained to company standard and all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with various supporting team and vendors for managing store renovation, store relocation and new store openings and assist on the set up of store operation.
- Oversee and consolidate all orders for the retail sales team.
- Support all administration & human resource related work for operation sales staff.
- Attend floor for all urgent situations relating to client service or understaffing as practical
- Assist the Retail manager to execute ad hoc projects and related administrative work

**Key Requirements & Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Sales with at least 2 years of retail operation & administration experience will be preferred.
- Good understanding of sales in a premium gift retail environment.
- Must be a good team player, self-motivated, proactive, customer-oriented & multi-tasking.
- Flexible, good common sense, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin proficiency an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
skills, positive attitude, independent, self-motivated & team player
- Good communication skill and good organizational skills
- Preferably has own vehicle transportation required for business mobility purposes

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
