Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies:

- Conduct thorough research on the Thai market to understand target audience preferences, behavior, and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns on platforms with a focus on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify emerging social media channels and trends in the Thai market and recommend strategies to leverage these opportunities.

2. Content creation and management:

- Create compelling and culturally relevant content in Thai language that resonates with Thai audience, including posts, videos, images, and infographics.
- Schedule and publish daily social media posts, ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages, engaging with the Thai audience, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to produce engaging visuals and written content.

3. Analytics and reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media channels regularly, using tools and platforms to track the performance of campaigns, posts, and overall brand presence.
- Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, content formats, and social media best practices to optimize strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both written and spoken Thai is essential.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management for the Thai market.
- In-depth understanding of Thai cultural nuances, trends, and key social media platforms
- Proficient in leveraging social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and culturally appropriate content that drives results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage community engagement and customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
