_**Job Description**_
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including managing correspondence, issuing letter, maintaining HR files and records and liaise with vendor for the medical purpose.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training. Process employee terminations, including conducting exit interviews and managing offboarding paperwork.
- **HR Systems and Data Management**: Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee information. Generate reports and provide data analysis as needed for HR initiatives and decision-making.
- **Employee Relations**: Provide support for employee relations matters, such as investigating complaints, maintaining confidentiality, and facilitating resolution.
- **Compliance and Policy Implementation**: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and programs.
- **Payroll Support**: Assist with payroll processing tasks, such as data entry, verifying timesheets, and addressing payroll inquiries.
- **Training and Development**: Coordinate training and development activities, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and managing training materials.
- **HR Projects and Initiatives**: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- **General HR Assistance**: Provide general assistance and support to HR team members as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the HR department.

**Working Days**: Monday to Friday

**Working Hours**: 8:30AM - 5:30AM

**Working Location**: Kuala Lumpur (nearby public transport)

**Main Language**: Fluent in English & Bahasa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 per month
