Administrative Assistant

Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs
- Meet with operational teams and deliver their needs
- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Keep records and reports up to date
- Follow up with related parties as needed
- Collaborate with other staff and delegate responsibilities
- Carry out clerical duties, including preparing documents
- Other ad-hoc jobs as requested by HOD
**Job Requirement**
- _We are looking for someone who are fluent in Mandarin as the role requires_
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- This is a full-time position.
- Able to work at Simpang Ampat.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
