Responsibilities:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Responsible for being part of the overall customer experience and journey
- Maintain quality in work ethics and processes
- Be involved with all other tasks as assigned by supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in customer service environment.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a must
- Customer Service Orientated
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal
- Excellent internal personal skills to connect with customer
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
- Able to cope with work pressure.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred), English (preferred)

**Working Days and Timing**: WFO, Rotational between 9 am to 9 pm (ex: 9am
- 6 pm / 12pm-9 pm) // Monday to Friday and Saturday half day (allowance provided)

**Work Location**: Either 2 offices, 1. Qsentral, KL or 2. Menara Manulife, Bukit Damansara (accessible via public trains)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
