**Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition**:Identify and prospect potential retail and distribution partners to expand the company's market reach.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the retail and distribution sector.
- **Product Promotion**: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives tailored to the retail and distribution channels.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients, distributors, and retailers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or distribution sector.
- Fluent in Mandarin is a plus point due to the role required to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
