- Coordinating and assisting in daily work operations to team.
- Maintaining strict confidentially of assignments given.

- Ensuring all documents are properly signed and distributed.
- Undertaking any other duties/tasks assigned by Superior if needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM Level or above.
- Prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Having data entry experience or related office experience.
- Proficient computer literacy: Excel; MS Office; Google spreadsheet; etc.
- Good attention to detail and be extremely meticulous.
- Having strong analytical skills and ability to work with minimum supervision.
