**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work closely with HR Manager to identify the training needs, and measure effectiveness training by post evaluation.
- Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training programs & activities for all levels of staff.
- Monitor and handle HRDF Submission & Claim.
- Support new staff orientations program, and onboarding activities.
- Assist with monthly & quarterly Objectives & Key Results (OKR) reporting, monitoring and yearly performance appraisal.
- Assist in organizing events/ activities for staff. (Example: Quarterly/ Annually Company Events, Relationship Building Activities, Birthday Party, Games & etc).
- Assist in recruitment (staff & Intern) and On-boarding process.
- Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talents.
- Manage discipline and IR matter.
- Manage and prepare documentation for all related HR matters & ISO compliance.
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- HR generalist with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with good experience in training & development.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Able to take direction and complete tasks required with accuracy in a timely manner.
- Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
