As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
**1. Strategic HR Planning**: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's overall objectives and goals.

**3. Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and timely manner.

**4. Performance Management**: Develop and implement performance management systems and processes to effectively evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.

**5. Training and Development**: Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

**6. HR Policy and Compliance**: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and recommend necessary adjustments to policies and practices.

**7. HRIS Management**: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of HRIS systems (Info-Tech System) to streamline HR processes and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting.

**8. Employee Engagement**: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a positive organizational culture.

**9. Budget Management**: Manage the HR budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to support HR initiatives and activities.

**10. Leadership and Team Management**: Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, and provide coaching and development opportunities as needed.

**11. Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees, to understand their HR needs and priorities.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
