**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely under the guidance of the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the daily operations of the creatives team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the creatives team and other departments, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Utilize a keen eye for design details to ensure all creative outputs meet our high-quality standards and align with client objectives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of creative strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate resources and manage timelines to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and updates to keep the team ahead of the curve.
- Provide operational support to the Creative Director, aiding in the smooth running of the department.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the digital marketing industry.
- Strong operational experience, with a track record of successfully managing a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in design and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field is preferred.
