**Key Responsibilities**:
Your role encompasses two primary responsibilities:
What does a Junior Creative Strategist (JCS) do?
- As a JCS, you will be working with the sales team, responsible for planning, and bringing to life creative ideas to delight the audience, inspire action and drive sales for our clients.
- This role requires a combination of a creative and analytical mind, and strong urge to understand consumer behaviour and help the brand development of our client campaigns.
- You will also build presentations and develop ideas based on industry trends.
- Elevating the team's work and ensuring the flawless execution of every campaign by contributing creative and analytical insights

- Conducting research and analysis in order to develop creative campaign concepts and plans based on client briefs
- Creating high-impact presentations that clearly articulate the critical aspects of every campaign plan

What does a Campaign Account Executive (CAE) do?

CAE is responsible for supporting the operational aspects. As follows:

- Campaign Planning, Budget Management and Execution

Collaborate with the creative team to develop strategic marketing plans and campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Project Management

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to secure required resources and services.

Account management and client servicing
- Data Analysis and Reporting

Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.

Prepare presentation slides and recommendations to the clients for informed decision-making.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to manage high volumes of work & present concepts and ideas to clients well.
- Detail-oriented: You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality work that meets company standards and perform well under deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to present to our clients and communicate with your teammates effectively.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions.
- Create high-impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate the critical aspects of the campaigns
- Must be fluent in English (Professional/Native)

**General Requirements**:

- Curious about how people think and behave and how we can align that with the branding of our clientele
- Ability to analyse various sources, spot trends, make connections, and harmonise it all to the benefit of the client
- Imaginative. You love coming up with ideas, especially disruptive ones
- Self-starter mindset
- Advertising or agency experience is a plus
- Positive attitude: You must have a positive attitude, be willing to learn, and be able to work collaboratively with the team

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
