Personal Assistant to Director

**JOB SCOPE:
- **
1. Miscellaneous tasks to support director, which will vary according to the director's request.
2. Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
3. Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
4. Ordering office supplies and replacements.
5. Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
6. Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.
8. Multitasking and good time management skills.
**REQUIREMENT:

1. Degree
2. Fresh graduate or experience minimun 1 year
3. Able to work under pressure
4. Ability using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Advanced typing, note-taking and organizational skills.
6. Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
7. Proficiency in appointment scheduling
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (English and Malay)
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
10. Have driving license B & D
11. Have your own transport
12. Single or married
13. Age : 20 and above
14. Female only
**JOB SCHEDULE:
- **
1. Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
2. Saturday (9.00 am - 1.00pm)
3.Salary : RM1,200.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
