**Description**:
Responsibilities of an Operations Analyst but are not limited to:

- Inventory Management which includes the following sub disciplines of ;
- Monitoring & reconciling Inbound & Outbound movement of stocks across multiple third-party warehouses.
- Customs clearance facilitation to enable a seamless supply chain.
- Meticulous & diligent in updating Inventory across all sales platforms (eg : Shopify / Shopee / Lazada).
- Daily updating of outbound records within the internal systems, along with details of the stock serial numbers and shipment tracking.
- Facilitate Corporate sales operations and fulfilment of orders accordingly.
- Detailed oriented in verifying & scrutinizing all invoices received from all warehouse partners, 3PL couriers & freight charges.
- To work in hand with Finance team to verify and reconcile bank deposit payments against Sales captured in online platforms.
- Tracking of various Shipments incoming from multiple overseas locations, while providing best possible ETA estimates to internal stakeholders.
- To respond promptly to internal stakeholders & CS on enquires related to Orders status, etc.
- Liaison with Customs broker to work out any regulatory paperwork & corresponding payments (eg: SST payment (K1 Forms)).
- To explore and implement appropriate/improved methods for inventory management & logistics flow.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 4 - 5 years’ experience in an Operations role
- Familiar with operations and logistics processes
- Hustler who possesses ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Detailed oriented with ability to analyse large amount of data via excel or relevant software tools
- Independent self-starter & able to keep track of multiple concurrent events
- Advantage if have hands on experience on Sales platform (Shopee, Lazada & Shopify)
- Able to **read & write Mandarin** preferred due to external stakeholders' communications
- Comfortable to commute to **Bukit Jalil area** (work location).
