**Job Summary**:
The Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Officer cum Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by implementing and monitoring safety policies and procedures. This role also encompasses administrative duties, supporting the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Safety and Health Management**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain occupational safety and health policies and programs.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training sessions and drills for employees.

**2. Administrative Duties**:

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Coordinate office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and administrative activities.

**3. Compliance and Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit required safety reports to relevant regulatory bodies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all safety inspections, audits, and training sessions.
- Ensure all safety equipment is properly maintained and available for use.

**4. Employee Support and Communication**:

- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding safety concerns and administrative queries.
- Promote a positive safety culture within the organization through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the development of emergency response plans and coordinate emergency response activities.

**5. Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on the latest safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance safety and administrative processes.
- Participate in professional development opportunities related to occupational safety and health.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational safety and health, with administrative experience preferred.
- Certification in Occupational Safety and Health (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, standing, and climbing.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
