Job Summary:
As the Restaurant Operations Manager at Thai Essential Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. You will lead a team of staff members, coordinate with various departments, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:

- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to restaurant staff, including supervisors, servers, kitchen staff, and other team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

2. Operational Management:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing levels, inventory management, and quality control.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

3. Guest Experience:

- Champion excellent customer service standards and ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels through feedback channels and implement improvements as needed.

4. Financial Management:

- Assist in developing and managing the restaurant budget, including revenue targets, labor costs, and operating expenses.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability without compromising quality or service standards.
- Analyze financial reports and key performance indicators to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

5. Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff to ensure consistency in service standards and operational procedures.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for professional development among team members and provide coaching and support as needed.

6. Marketing and Promotions:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Actively engage with the local community and participate in community events and initiatives to promote the restaurant and enhance its reputation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a strong track record of success in achieving operational and financial objectives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, health regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Malay (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
