**About the Position**

**Job Description**:

- Lead and manage the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely and cost effective manner; in line with the safety and quality policies of the Company.
- Coordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and other government authorities in getting necessary approval.
- Monitor the works carried out by sub-contractors to ensure the works are according to program and conformance to relevant specifications and standards and to the Approved Designs.
- Total project planning by establishing priorities; Scheduling Project Management activities, monitoring progress, revising implementation schedules, resolving problems.
- Plan and manage project activities including management of consultants, staff and asset at project office, monitor and manage construction operations, planning and installation works. Manage project office operation cost and project delivery.
- Coordinate and monitor activities of appointed consultants, agents and subcontractors.
- Plan and organize project activities, prepare production schedule to meet production requirement by resolving production problems and taking corrective action.
- Monitor and meet project delivery in line with clients’ project schedule and requirements.
- Achieve financial objectives by preparing the project operations budgets, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, compiling and studying cots, initiating corrective actions. Together with the Contract Manager, develop, propose and manage the annual budget for Project Management Department for Management’s approval including necessary revisions.
- Review and maintain daily records covering manpower, equipment performance or failure and corrective actions, status of project delivery. etc., and prepare weekly report for Management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in site project management for construction industry.
- Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills.
- Resourceful, result oriented, customer centric with the ability to multi task.
- Strong leadership, independent, team player and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Good knowledge of Construction SOP.
- Computer literate and competent in MS software like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Good written and verbal communication in English and BM. Able to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Must be willing to travel to outstation.
- Must be a Teamplayer.
- Must be able to work on weekend when necessary
