**ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, GROUP HUMAN CAPITAL (GHC), CHANCELLERY**:
(1016, JALAN SULTAN ISMAIL, 50250, KUALA LUMPUR)
**KEY ROLES**
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing organizational development strategies aligned with the company’s goals and mission.
- Change Management: Leading and facilitating change initiatives within the organization, which may include restructuring, process improvements, or culture change.
- Talent Development: Overseeing the design and implementation of talent development programs, including training, mentoring, and coaching for employees at all levels.
- Performance Management: Establishing and managing performance appraisal processes to assess and improve individual and team performance.
- Leadership Development: Identifying and nurturing leadership talent within the organization, including succession planning and leadership training.
- Organizational Culture: Shaping and maintaining a positive and productive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
- Organizational Assessment: Conducting assessments and diagnostics to identify areas in need of improvement and providing recommendations for enhancement.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing data and metrics related to organizational development to make data-driven decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with management and other departments to align organizational development initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Budget Management: Managing the budget for the organizational development department, including allocation of resources for various programs and initiatives.
- Communication: Ensuring effective communication of organizational development strategies and progress to all levels of the organization.
- Project Management: Overseeing various projects and initiatives related to organizational development.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience with demonstrable expertise in managing and leading the Organizational Development department.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Familiarity with talent development, performance management, change management, leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and related development activities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
