**Reports To**:
Senior Manager, Industrial Relations

**Role Purpose**:
To coordinate, oversight and ensure the highest level of quality, consistency and uniformity of Group Human Capital Corporate Policy.

**Key Accountability**:

- Drive the day to day activities to ensure the accuracy, governance and maintenance of GHC Corporate Policy
- Coordinate Manual Review meeting with policy process owners to exchange ideas to ensure GHC Policy are updated and in abreast with operational and business needs.
- Responsible in ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of GHC Corporate Policy is carried out in accordance with the annual plan and any other function related to compliance.
- Coordinate documentation for audit programs as and when required and lead the escalation/communication of risks and issues as it deems fit and appropriate.
- Drive compliance and continuous improvement initiatives to address gaps and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensure the proper and accurate record keeping of information if any changes to the GHC Corporate Policy.
- Assist in managing disciplinary cases and other Industrial Relations related matters.
- Be the contact point for the HCBPs in providing the legal perspectives and point our legal risks to the company initiatives. Provide technical advice to the HCBPs in managing IR related matters escalated to Group IR to assure consistency of practices and fair impairment of Punishment Order.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Degree in any related field preferably in Human Resource Management and Law
- Years of Experience :At least 2 years working experience in any related field
- Areas of Experience :Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with all levels of management and external parties
