- MANAGER, HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, manage and coordinate human resource management activities of the organisation and maintain functions such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations and regulatory compliance. - Understand all external regulatory requirements, policies and acts and the organisation procedures and policies for efficient and effective manner. - Provide timely recommendations to the senior management in addressing people related issues. - Prepare human resource proposals and present the recommendations to the senior management. - Liaise and work with other team leaders to ensure that human resource strategy is in line with organisation goals and objectives and ensure that a cooperative and collaborative culture is encouraged. - Drive employee engagement and retention plans for the organisation, including engagement activities, assessment, analysis and facilitation of plan to address surveys and workforce issues. - Provide human resource solutions on related matters as needed including resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation - Conduct orientation for new joiners and complete the exit process for the resignees - Update and recommend human resource policies and procedures periodically - Prepare human resource reports, manage KPI system and assist the KPI implementation KEY REQUIREMENTS - Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Business Administration and Public Administration. - Minimum five (5)-year experience in human resources management. Well verse and experience in employment law, compensation, employee relations and training and development. - Good understanding on matters pertaining to with the Malaysian Industrial Relations and Employment Law and human resource best practices - Good in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia - Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, self-motivated and independent - Able to work in a multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities
