Heads and manages daily operations of the department.
- Consults with the Managing Director in formulating and implementing HR policies. Advises on HR related laws and regulations timely.
- Administers employees’ benefits and compensations.
- Conducts performance appraisal briefing/training, coordinates the appraisal exercise.
- Ensures good management of employee relations, performance and conducts related matters with managers concerned. Provides support in counselling to employees.
- Acts as the first contact point for new employees. Plans, coordinates, and conducts new employee’s induction program with the managers concerned.
- Acts as facilitator in planning and implementing training and development program with the respective heads of department for employees under their charge.
- Manage employee performance review processes, working closely with department heads to set goals and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, including employment contracts, employee benefits, and dispute resolution.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention programs, and company culture initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
- Provide advice on HR best practices and support management in decision-making regarding human capital.
- Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Management.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- At least five years of human resource management experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Specialist/Executive
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
