**Responsibilities**
- To handle general administrative duties i.e., paperwork, filing, respond and processing mails, managing attendance records, etc.
- To liaise with government body such as Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH), Immigration, Niosh, CIDB etc in order to maintain office certificate and permit renewal.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH) standards regarding document control and management.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards regarding document control and management.
- Maintain documentation in accordance with ISO standards, including version control, document numbering, and document retention.
- Establish and maintain records of transmittals for documentation traceability.
- Establish an effective systematic document control system in both physical and digital records.
- Copy, scan, and file various related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Review and/or edit incoming and outgoing documents including (DOSH) for completeness, accuracy, and compliance standards.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Familiarity with project management and Malaysian engineering regulations, codes, and standards.
- Proficient typing and editing skills.
- Commitment to document accuracy
- Data organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Working day: Monday to Friday (08.30am to 05.30pm), Saturday (08.30am to 12.30pm)

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
