**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Agency Operations**:

- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and consultant to streamline workflows and optimise project outcomes.
- Maintain client communication channels, addressing inquiries, concerns, and project updates promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital projects, leveraging industry best practices to drive client success.

**Innovation Space Operations**:

- Manage event bookings, including scheduling, contracts, and invoicing, to maximize space utilisation and revenue generation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for event inquiries, providing information on venue amenities, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and vendor coordination, to ensure seamless execution of client events.
- Conduct site tours for prospective clients, showcasing the venue's features and amenities to facilitate bookings.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate collaboration and streamline operational processes.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing operational expertise and insights to drive business objectives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computing, Marketing, or related field.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery.

Proficiency in project management tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of digital technology, and technology trends is a plus.

**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
