We are looking for an energetic Freelance Flexible English Tuition (Primary and Secondary school levels) Sales Representative to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Engaging Sales & Customer Acquisition**:

- Build rapport and understand customer needs to recommend our Primary and Secondary English tuition programs.
- Convert leads into satisfied clients by showcasing the benefits of our tuition services.

**Relationship Building**:

- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and follow up consistently.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed decisions about their education needs.

**Creative Market Research & Strategy**:

- Conduct market research to uncover new sales opportunities and stay ahead of trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve our services and sales techniques.

**Efficient Administrative Duties**:

- Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare and present sales reports to track your success.
- Participate in virtual sales meetings and training sessions to stay sharp.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:

- Previous sales experience, ideally in the education or tutoring sector.
- Familiarity with Singapore's Primary and Secondary English language tuition services is a bonus.
- Fluent in English at an academic level (familiar with technical jargons such as grammar - prepositions, auxiliary verbs, conjunctions, modals etc)

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience to handle objections.

**Technical Requirements**:

- Reliable internet connection and a comfortable home office setup.
- Proficiency with online communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Pay: Up to RM100,000.00 per year
