Freelance Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:
1. Performance-Based Assessments (PBA):
- Conduct PBA assessments for potential students to evaluate their academic proficiency and determine suitable program placement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to students and parents based on assessment results, highlighting areas for improvement and potential program options.
2. Lead Engagement:
- Contact new leads to introduce our services, establish rapport, and assess their academic needs.
- Conduct warm-up calls to engage leads and build interest in our programs, ultimately scheduling appointments for assessments.
3.Sales Process Facilitation:
- Arrange PBA appointments with prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient assessment process.
- Facilitate the sales process by guiding clients through program options, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Close sales by effectively addressing client inquiries, overcoming objections, and providing personalized recommendations.
4. Quotation Preparation:
- Prepare and issue quotations to clients based on their program preferences and requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with the Academic Affairs (AA) team to coordinate class arrangements, including scheduling, room allocation, and resource planning.
- Communicate student enrollment and program requirements to the AA team to ensure seamless program delivery and student experience.
- Coordinate with teachers to identify opportunities for additional programs or services that meet student needs and enhance the overall learning experience.
- Communicate student progress, feedback, and special requirements to teachers, facilitating personalized support and program adjustments as needed.
6. Lead Tracking and Analysis:
- Conduct diagnostic assessments (DAs) for new leads to gather more comprehensive information about their academic needs.
- Follow up with sales leads after DAs to provide further information and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Update the leads tracker and leads report regularly to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in the sales process.
7. Training and Support:
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness in generating leads and closing sales.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.
**- Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
