**About Our Company**

Our principal activities comprise of subsea engineering solutions, offshore support solution, transportation and Installation of Offshore Facilities and Power Generation. At present, they are expanding and in search of a Admin Assistance in Operation Department.

**Description**:
**Scope of Works**:

- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Maintaining employee records such as attendance, personal file and others.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Responsible for administrative tasks.
- Perform any other duties as and when required.

**Special Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, training & development and others) and basic labor laws is an added advantage.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum SPM, Diploma In Human Resource
- Minimum 1-2 years Working Experience
- Able to work with Microsoft Office, Excel - Intermediate/Advance
- Have own transport
- Willing to work extra hours
