**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Generate and issue customer invoices.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Record and reconcile customer payments in the accounting system.
- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- Set credit limits for customers based on their financial status.
- Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures.
- Negotiate and establish payment terms with customers.
- Initiate and execute collection efforts for overdue accounts.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customer concerns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Generate regular reports on accounts receivable and credit-related metrics.
- Provide financial data and reports to management as needed.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and credit matters.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and credit regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service.
- Communicate effectively with external stakeholders, such as customers and vendors.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of customer accounts and transactions.
- Archive and file relevant documentation for auditing purposes.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to billing discrepancies or credit disputes.
- Work proactively to prevent credit-related problems.
- Handling sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Update any requested information by other departments.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
