As part of business expansion in Malaysia, the company is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Manager to help to build up sales revenue and technical support competency.
- The position is on full-time basis and to be based at office in Shah Alam of Malaysia.
- Ultimately, the role is to help to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to the company rapid and sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Approach OEMs/contractors/distributors which are using gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Provide sales and technical support to customer or prospect or colleague.
- Prepare sales reports which are required on weekly and monthly basis.
- Update CRM system and use it for customers monitoring.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaint.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with team members.

**Job Requirements and skills**
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in industrial gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor sales.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Deep understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Independent, fast learner, and passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation.
