**Sales Manager Scope of Responsbility**:
- Build and manage a successful online and offline sales team responsible for exceeding sales KPI and working closely with local / regional leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of online and offline sales representatives
- Supervise and train salespeople on daily basis to ensure consistent growth in skills, competencies and product knowledge
- Ensure customer services quality through frequent call monitoring and provide feedback to team for further improvement
- Strong in project management capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value proposition, sales enablement, processes, and programs
- Keeping abreast with product launches and trends to provide quality support to clients' enquiries
- Present sales revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Oversee Administrative Team to support sales team and facilitate sales processes in compliance with Quality Management
- Administering, planning and performing continuous improvement to support sales strategy and revenue growth.
- Handles escalations and support the floor on any domain related queries
- A Bachelor Degree or higher in business, communication, food science or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing online or tele-sales team
- B2B sales experience is a must, preferable food ingredients
- Ability to put up closure on issues quickly and results driven
- Independent and has the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management, leadership, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into execution strategy
- Positive attitude and mindset, possess initiative, assertiveness in decision making and independent with the desire and ability to drive for excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Know mandarin is an added advantage.
- Must be computer literate and know how to use “Zoom”, Skype or Webminar software for effective communication with clients.
