As Professional Support Assistant, you will provide administrative support services to the team, ensuring excellence, timeliness, and quality of customer and client service delivery. You will be working from Manila team directly reporting to the onshore line manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provision of support including report writing, processing of referrals, and file closure.
- Ensure documentation and procedures are followed for billing and invoicing.
- Conduct fortnightly data entry and ensure required data is entered and correct for preparation of customer reporting.
- Assist with developing and supplying data sets for tendering, customer proposals, budgeting, and other needs as required.
- Generate customer data reports and escalate customer reports to the Customer Performance Manager for analysis in a timely manner.

- Perform all work in accordance with the framework and regulatory requirements, where applicable.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of healthcare or insurance account for administrative/back-office support. BPO industry experience is preferred
- High accuracy in data entry and typing skills
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access database)
- Excellent team player and can work with mínimal supervision
