Subang Jaya, Malaysia Fitness Concept Specialist Chain Sdn Bhd Full time

**Description**:
1. Process prepare bank reconciliation.
2. Prepare payment to vendors, landlords, staff & other statutory bodies.
3. Keeping accurate records and reporting on daily outlet collections
4. Perform credit card reconciliation for credit card transactions.
5. Maintain proper filing system.
6. Process Debit Notes and Credit Notes for accounting adjustments
7. Assist in annual audit and tax related matters
8. Prepare Monthly Management Reporting
9. Prepare Presentation Slides for Directors
10. Prepare Monthly report and consol schedule
11. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably 1 years working experience, (in retail preferably)
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in Mandarin would be added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and dateline oriented.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
